Shipping within Australia

We offer $14.95 Australia Post standard shipping for all our customers.
You can choose to add a signature to your delivery for a small fee.

If you require express delivery, please email us prior to placing your order. While we try our best to get orders out most business days, we are a small and mighty team, so while we work hard, we only wish we could offer the same level of urgency as amazon.

Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning AustPost will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.

 

Shipping Internationally

We are excited to have international shipping for all fashion items, with a flat rate of $40. We use Australia Post, we will provide further assistance in tracking your parcel if it doesn't arrive to do so please contact us at hello@meldlifestyle.com.au 

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at hello@meldlifestyle.com.au - we can then provide to you the tracking number.

 

Please Note

Once your parcel has left Meld Lifestyle, it is the property of Australia Post, however if your parcel does not reach you, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at hello@meldlifestyle.com.au if you experience any delays.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
